  • Launched Google PPC campaigns targeting pension transfer, retirement planning, and pension review keywords in the adviser’s postcode areas
  • Created a two-stage funnel: initial qualifying form (asset value, timeline, type of advice needed) followed by a detailed booking form for qualified prospects
  • Built Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns targeting 50–65 year olds within 30 miles, using educational content about pension freedoms and retirement planning
  • Configured GoHighLevel with automated lead grading: A-grade (£250k+ assets, ready within 3 months), B-grade (£100k–£250k), C-grade (under £100k). Only A and B grades were delivered for follow-up.
  • Implemented instant SMS + email response with personalised messaging based on the prospect’s stated needs
  • Set up a 7-email nurture sequence for leads that didn’t book immediately
